For custom wire harness and cable assembly orders:

• Detailed specifications must be provided in writing
• Production begins only after specifications are confirmed
• Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective
• Lead times vary based on complexity and quantity

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Price Quotes

All prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are quoted in:

• US Dollars (USD) for international orders
• Chinese Yuan (RMB) for domestic orders

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Wire Transfer (T/T): 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment
• PayPal: Available for sample orders and small quantities
• Letter of Credit (L/C): Available for large orders (at our discretion)
• Other Methods: As agreed upon in writing

4.3 Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice due to changes in material costs, exchange rates, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Terms

Products are shipped according to internationally recognized Incoterms as specified in the sales contract, including but not limited to:

• EXW (Ex Works): Buyer collects from our factory
• FOB (Free On Board): Seller delivers to port of shipment
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Seller includes insurance to destination port

5.2 Delivery Times

• Standard products: 3-5 working days
• Custom products: 7-15 working days (depending on complexity)
• Large orders: Delivery time agreed upon in contract

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or as specified in the Incoterms. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, customs delays, or transportation disruptions.

6. Quality Assurance and Warranty

6.1 Quality Standards

We maintain strict quality control procedures to ensure all products meet:

• International electrotechnical commission (IEC) standards
• Customer specifications and requirements
• Our internal quality management system (99.9%+ yield rate)

6.2 Warranty Coverage

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be used according to their specifications
• Products must not have been modified or altered
• Defects must be reported within 7 days of discovery

6.3 Warranty Remedy

Our liability is limited to:

• Repair or replacement of defective products (at our option)
• Refund of the purchase price (if repair or replacement is not feasible)

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Returns and Cancellations

7.1 Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Products are returned in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are prepaid for defective items

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins without penalty
• Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authority, fire, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

16. Entire Agreement
